At Jewelry By V, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been received.
At this time, Jewelry By V does not offer shipping, and orders are fulfilled through local arrangements. Because of this, returns are generally not accepted unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- A description of the issue
Our team will carefully review the issue. Refunds or replacements will only be approved if it is determined by our team that the damage was caused by a manufacturing defect and not by misuse, wear, or accidental damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Jewelry By V may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
If card payments are introduced in the future, approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
