You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the items you want and proceeding to checkout. After your order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange delivery or pickup.
Currently, we do not offer shipping. Orders are delivered locally in Antigua or picked up in person based on mutual availability.
Delivery fees range from $5 XCD โ $15 XCD, depending on the location selected at checkout.
Yes! Pickups are available at agreed locations. Timing must be set in advance and confirmed by our team. Please note that pickups after 8:00 PM are not permitted.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photos. Our team will review the issue and determine if a refund, replacement, or store credit can be offered.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Other jewelry items may be returned within 7 days of receiving them, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Returns or refunds for items with manufacturing defects must be verified by our team. Refunds or exchanges are only approved if a defect is confirmed.
