Delivery/Pickup Policy

At Jewelry By V, we currently offer local delivery and arranged pickups instead of shipping.

Delivery Arrangements

All deliveries are arranged based on mutual availability between the customer and the Jewelry By V team. After an order is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule a convenient date, time, and location for delivery.

Delivery Areas:

Delivery is currently available within Antigua. Delivery locations and their corresponding delivery fees will be listed on the checkout page for customers to select.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees range from $5 XCD – $15 XCD, depending on the selected delivery location. The exact delivery price will be shown at checkout based on the location chosen.

Delivery Timeframe:

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and scheduling. Customers will be notified once their order is ready, and delivery arrangements will then be made.

Pickup Policy:

Customers may also choose to pick up their orders at an agreed location.

Pickup timing must be arranged in advance before arriving. Customers must wait for confirmation of the agreed pickup time from the Jewelry By V team.

Please note that pickups after 8:00 PM are not permitted.

If a customer is unable to arrive at the agreed time, a new pickup time must be scheduled.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available at the agreed delivery or pickup time. If a customer misses the scheduled time, another time may need to be arranged.

Product Inspection:

Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery or pickup. Any concerns regarding possible manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours, along with clear photos, so our team can review the issue.
